I am testing the game demo and I noticed a problem in the screen resolution.
I can't seem to find a way to see a complete screen, even in the highest resolution settings.
How can I solve this?

What screen resolution are you using? And is it cutting off the screen or are you just not see as much as screenshots show?

I am queuing, where can I change the screen values?

I have this issue from day 1, I could not solve it and tried almost everything, the game runs in 4¨3 aspect ratio, never in full screen and the fonts (UI) are so small that the game is unplayable.

Unfortunately I could not get along with Gary in the messages, he did not understand what was happening, and so I paid (and in fact not on a sale) a game I never played. Since then I am afraid to buy the Pro or the College 2021 and I stayed with the DDSPB and DDSCB versions of 2019.

Suggest you try this:

Right click on desktop and select "Display Settings". Then within the "Scale and Layout" section, try changing the scale (e.g., if its at 150%, try a lower percentage (125% or 100%). Then open the game and see if it's displaying everything.

Thanx for your advise my friend, i hope you're doing well, unfortunately nothing change. I use a LGTV 4K and the recommended scale is 300%, the subject is that DDSPB19, DDSCB19, even DDSPB2018 working perfectly without having to change anything. I could play it anyway, without fullscreen and with gaps to the right and left of the screen but the UI and the text are way too small resulting your eyes being thrown out in 5 minutes!

Not sure about scaling when displaying it on a TV screen. Be sure to let him know the above info about your tv.

Submit a Support Ticket to see if Gary has suggestions.

Everything i have from Wolverine works without problems in the same TV, the texts are very clear, in a satisfactory size and not at all tedious. Definitely a matter of screen resolution as I look for it, the game runs in 1080p with 4΄3 aspect ratio on my own TV and you probably can't change that. I submitted a Support Ticket many months ago and he did not understand what was the problem.

I was tempted to buy DDS 2022 after the problem I had with the screen resolution in the 2020 version and unfortunately it's the same issue again, second game I can't play because of the gaps on the right and left of the screen, the game won't run full screen so the fonts and numbers are hopelessly small and painful on TV. Back at DDSCB and DDSPB 2019 one more time........ Can you see the critical difference?
