How to get RFK file

Hi, I was wondering how I could get the RFK file out of the game because I wanted to work on a 2020 draft class for my game but I can't figure out where to find it or how to export it from the game. Thanks in advance.

I tried that yesterday and it's not working. I was trying to open it with SQLite. :\
