I got a question on historical play. I've seen the Utah Jazz videos and must bring up the situation that comes along in 1988 (I think). The first of several expansion years.
Do those new teams pop into the historical league just as most of the real draft players, or do I have to edit something somewhere to get the correct new league setup.
