Possible bug in Overtime?

Doing a few test sims of my custom college set-up and noticed a game finished 73-71 after OT having been tied at 35-35 after 4 quarters. Here's the play-by-play of the OT:

It's correct.

The rules require teams to go for 2 points after every TD beginning in the 3rd overtime period:

Teams have the option to kick an extra point or attempt a two-point conversion in the first two overtimes. The two-point try is required for every touchdown scored in the third overtime and subsequent OT periods.

So in this case, Nebraska and Missouri were tied at 65 after 4 overtime periods. In the 5th overtime period, Nebraska scored, but didn't get the 2 point conversion. Nebraska leads 71-65. Then Missouri gets a chance to match it, they score a TD to make it 71-71 and are successful in their 2-point attempt to win the game 73-71.

There is an OT bug though. Each team get's two 1st and 10 plays to start their possession. In other words no matter how many yards you gain on 1st down, your second play will always be 1st and 10. So if you gain 9 yards instead of 2nd and 1 it will be 1st and 10 again. It happens for both teams in every OT period. I should add this was a bug in 18 and 19 versions of the game that was still present last time I was in OT in 19. I haven't had an OT game in 20 yet to see.
