Conference Changes

Are there conference changes in this game. For example, if a team in a small conference has a great season will they be invited to move to a larger conference?
Or even the other way around. Hope that is clear enough, just got the game this afternoon. Sorry if this has been answered before.

Nope.

Any conference changes, you'd have to manually do yourself.

Thanks, I was going to start Independent but I think it may be better to start in a conference.
