Is there a way to choose to coach only one team in Sandbox Mode?

Sandbox is like god-mode, so you can change anything on any team - if you want to coach just one team, just make only changes there. You dont even need to set the team to non-CPU (although doing that will unlock some emails and interactions that you probably want for a more complete coaching experience).
