How are Conference Tables sorted?

I have just started a game where the teams are in divisions by grade.

But when i look at the conference tables they don't seem to be in order correctly on their record. I have teams that have a 100% winning records below teams that don't?

There are many instances where teams with worse records are above teams with a better records!! Is this a known bug and is it being fixed?

The way the tables are being produced now the game is unplayable with this error as you most probably will have teams being relegated who should not be!!

I will carry on to see if this changes as we get further into the season!!
