Taking rosters over to New Game

I'm new to the game. I spent some time this weekend putting real names to players in the game.
That's important to me as I play for realism. I spent a lot of time deciding which players to assign
these "real" names too. I like the feature to be able to edit.
Is there a way to import my hard work into a "new game" without having to do it for every new game
I begin? I jumped the gun a bit and am using this new game to take for a test drive and experiment
with some things as I learn the game. BUT, now I realized I will have to redo rosters every time I
start a new mode.
Is there anyway to import rosters created into a new game dynasty?
