Ratings and Overall

Can someone tell me the difference between the rating starts and "overall" rating?
Some college players have a lower star rating than others, but their overall is higher.

The stars is the recruit level...the ovr is what their ratings reflect. So you can have 2 stars that turn out better than 3, 4, and 5 stars and vice versa.
