Game evolution?

Bought the game recently and I wonder, if teams switch conferences automatically as Prestige Increases / Declines with time?

Or do I have to do it manually?

Not really, the game at it's core is a simulation and we like to have options for people to set up their own leagues, structures, and options for how to proceed each season. We'll probably continue to stick to mirroring the real life structures as best we can and allow people to change it up if they wish.
