I noticed in the past game there was issues with recruiting where top recruits would not sign with anyone and go to no team. Is this going to be fixed in the 21 version of the game?
On a seperate note. Are there real team AND real roster mods out there?

Yea, it's on the list to fix... there are cases where top teams hit position maxes and ignore top recruits, and lower teams don't have the prestige to target those top guys so they go unrecruited.
