Scouting Emails

Anybody else come across the issue of not receiving emails about scouting? I'm in my 3rd season in career mode, and emails about scouting (interviews and finished scouting) are not coming anymore. I can't see what the potential is or anything anymore.

I have not reached the third year in my league yet, but when I do, I will keep an eye out for it.
