Can You Change Conferences?

Hello. When I was looking at the game, I could have sworn that I read you could create new conferences, but I can't seem to figure out how to create a new conference and move teams around. Did I misread that or am I overlooking this function somehow?

When you create a league you can provide a custom teams.xml file with whatever custom conferences you want as long as you also provide a custom schedule that matches.
