I have looked everywhere and can not see any reference to the scoring for "Coach Grades" on the player card. What is the spread for these numbers? Most of my recruits are in the 15-18 range so I thought it was out of 20 but then I got a recruit that was graded at 25.4. What is the max grade? Thanks.

they max out in the high 30s - but that is extremely rare.
