I had a look at your league and the HTML and it seems every team looks stacked with starters at high 80's and 90's everywhere, so is it all just down to gameplanning thanks?

Game planning plays a huge part but, no, I wouldn't say that. Overalls in this game are driven by multiple factors and not every 80 is the same. Finding the right players to fit your system is extremely important.
