I I am new to the game and just bought it and am learning the ropes and would really lik4 to join a brand new league just starting out or in the first year or so, please let me know of any.

check out CSFL. We are using DDSPF 20 at the mo but in approx 8-10 weeks it is likely we move to DDSPF21
