The Champion Sim League [CSL] is a long-running DDS:PB online basketball league with a long history, custom draft classes and our very own created web app for scouting our custom draft classes. We are currently finishing up the 2023-2024 season as we are just into the conference championship series. Entering the CSL in the 2024 draft are studs such as Zion Williamson, Ja Morant, Luka Doncic and Rui Hachimura with plenty of other talented prospects!

The league is finishing its final season the the DDS:PB3 engine and will be transitioning over to the DDS:PB19 engine for the 2024-2025 season. But get this: owning the game is NOT a requirement! We have plenty of helpful GMs that are willing to input depth chart or strategy changes for you or you can use our manual form to have The Simmer do it for you! There's no reason not to join!

At this time, we have a rare occasion where we actually have available teams in the Oklahoma City Thunder and the Portland Trailblazers. If you want to take a look at either team and sign-up, follow the instructions below:

The 2024 CSL Draft has just been completed! We are about to head into the coach hiring stage quickly followed by free agency. We are in the process of transferring our league file from DDS:PB3 to DDS:PB19.

Interested in taking over a team? Don't own DDS:PB19? No problem! Owning the game is NOT a requirement for this league! We have plenty of very helpful GMs willing to enter changes to your team for you!

Here are the current available teams:

Chicago Bulls || Sign Up Thread || Roster
Reigning Eastern Conference champion that has a dynamic duo of Anthony Davis and Milos Teodosic to carry them forward into the new era of CSL basketball.

Portland Trailblazers || Sign Up Thread || Roster
A playoff team that is going to need to be rebuilt soon as Kevin Durant and Stephen Curry are on their last legs. Players like Marcus Smart, Walter Tavares and Joe Ingles are cornerstones for the rebuild.

Oklahoma City Thunder || Sign Up Thread || Roster
A legitimate blank canvas. This team was crowned CSL champs just a couple short seasons ago and then completely tore it down. They added Donte Divincenzo and Goga Bitadze in the draft and own four firsts over the next two seasons as well.

Utah Jazz || Sign Up Thread || Roster
Led by Kyrie Irving, Kristaps Porzingis and Daniel Hamilton, this team was plagued by injury last season. Adding dynamic slasher Hamidou Diallo through the draft gives this team a scary offensive lineup.

We are approaching the end of free agency which means the season is close to opening! We will be playing the 2024-2025 CSL season in DDS:PB19, our first in the engine. Now is the time to join as everyone will be on equal footing getting used to the new engine.

We have one available team at the moment:

Philadelphia 76ers || Roster
A strong, young core led by Jabari Parker and Lonzo Ball is in desperate need of a committed GM to take the reins and lead this team deep into the Eastern Conference. The Atlantic Division will be a blood bath!

The CSL is still running strong.
We are just entering the playoffs of the 2035/26 season and are using DDS:PB19

We have a few openings and is the perfect time to join. The draft lottery wild be held soon and the off-season planning is starting for many teams.

Phoenix and Brooklyn are looking for a new GM. Both teams have a lot of talent.

With Rizzo on on board for the Brooklyn Nets we are now in Free agency and have the Phoenix Suns still open.

We are about to finish the season and head into the off-season.
After this off-season the league will switch to DDSB 22.

We have currently 2 teams open:
- Indiana Pacers
- Charlotte Hornets
