Interest Check - historic start league

I had an idea, and I wanted to gauge interest.

I was thinking about an online league that would be a historical start with 24 teams and a focus on having a nice looking & interactive website.

Thinking of starting in '76-'77, the merger year, but keeping the Spirits of St. Louis and the Kentucky Colonels.

Full disclosure - I've never run a league in any WS game. So I'd want a co-admin. But I'm definitely interested in making and maintaining a good looking website.
