Recruiting: Remove from watch / call lists

Does anyone know if there is a way to remove players from the watch / call lists after they've been added? It was obvious is previous years, but I can't seem to figure it out this year and it's costing me team budget per week. Thanks in advance!

the "R" key is the hotkey to remove from the lists. It removes them from both lists, however, so if you only want to remove from one of the lists, you'll have to remove him and then add him back to the list you want.
