My head coach, who i started at the age of 19, shows an age of 203 years old and if you click on the head coaches name, it shows the record of his team at Florida state, and also at Albany.

You will need to start a new association. It was a know issue that was resolved in today's update. Posted about in the mod update release info in First Access.
