I decided to start my career at the bottom. I wanted to look at the team strategy and it is blocked because I am not the head coach. Right now I am in charge of scouting so it's not a major problem but if I get promoted to practice coach it would be nice to know the strategy I am supposed to be improving my team in line with.

For example if the head coach wants to run a pass heavy offense, I probably want to spend extra time on passing in practice.

So I was wondering if there was a way to show the strategy of the team you work for, but to block out the ability to change the strategy unless you are the head coach.
