Team Goals Timeframe?

Hi, new to the game and enjoying it very much. Quick question.

Are the Team Goals shown in the Job Selection area for the 1st season or for the entire length of your contract? For example if it says "Win Conference Tournament", do they expect that year 1 or over the 3 year contract term?

Ok, I figured it out. It is a season goal.
