Bug: Big Apple Recruits email/notes

The last 2 seasons I have signed up to get all the regional camps but I am not getting the Big Apple Recruits email and I am not getting any of the associated notes.

I think both seasons I first selected AI suggest and they suggested all but that, then I flipped that one on as well. I am not sure if that has something to do with it.
