If I filter for interested recruits is there a way to see if a player is on my call list. Do you think it would be a good idea for the action columns or perhaps bold the player name?

There was a change to this in 2020 and it was one of the few I don't like. You can go to Call List on the drop down though. That will tell you.

Re whether to buy regional reports or national report: I checked with Gary and he said the National Report contains information on the Top 150 rated recruits within the entire U.S. Each Regional Report provides info on the Top 200 rated recruits in that region. So if you were to buy all 5 regional reports, you then would have info on 1000 recruits.

That is frustrating. Towards the end of recruiting I want to find new players to add to my call list so I look for interested recruits sorted by ranking and then I just keep hitting B to add and many times they are already on it. Usually they don’t matter because I’ve already decided most of my scholarship offers, but I want to keep up interest just in case something goes wrong.

Personally in the game I think 50 people call list is too many.

Thanks! I thought that might be the case and that's why I didn't try it last season. Now that I'm in the offseason, I see this info is somewhat represented in the scouting purchase email, but very good info to have.

Here’s a question I have: the recruiting asst (me) is supposed to be calling the recruits?

I’ve tried placing phone calls to recruits and I get the “Talking With...” screen but I can’t do anything. The “Select Person To Call” and “Select Group” drop down boxes are grayed out. All I can do is “End All Calls”.

If the recruiting assistant is supposed to calling recruits, then I’m doing something wrong.

Do you have these players on your Call list or only on your Watch list. If not on the Call list you can't call them.

They’re on both. I hit the “B” button to make sure I added each recruit to both lists

Also, the CPU manage offseason/recruiting is off.

Are you making the phone call from the Recruit Screen after highlighting the recruit and then clicking on "Dial" rather than trying to call by clicking on the "Phone" link on the left side of the screen?
