Player skill edits

I go to the edit screen and change the player skills numbers, save the new ratings and return to the roster screen and the new ratings are not reflected----in essence there seems to be NO editing possible ????

Remember that the ratings on on the roster screen are the coaches evaluation/perception of the player and not necessarily their actual skill level. After you play through the season the shown ratings may change during the next season to be more accurate or they might stay the same or possibly be even more inaccurate, but how the player plays in the game will be based off of the actual ratings that you put in, along with the coaching influences of course.

Where are on the Commissioner page do you see the tab to edit players? I hve not been able to figure out how.
