Recruiting (Resolved): Can't call certain players

I've run into something for the first time, I've played dozens of seasons and haven't noticed this before. There are a few players I cannot call. They might be interested, might not. Might be on my call list, might not. Might be from a pipeline state, etc, I can't find a pattern but there are a few players whose call button is greyed out. Also, a few of THOSE players also have their "details" button greyed out, although I can click on their name and get that info.

Just wondering if that's a glitch, or if it's something to do with not having their number or something actually designed into the game or something? Just odd (and a little frustrating because I have a 4-star who's actually interested in coming to our Mickey Mouse program and I cant call him lol)

Any ideas?

EDIT: I figured it out. They weren't on my watch list, and the watch list was full so it was greyed out too. Not sure how I did that as I always add to both lists but anyway, in case anyone else has this problem I'll leave this here.
