How to change logo's for schools

I am playing the with the real world mod and I want to change the logo for the school I'm playing, North Dakota, and I cant seem to get a logo to work.

Insert your logo into the folder: Wolverine Studios/DDSCB2020/app/disk/graphics/logo.
Then go to the "School Info" tab for your school and click on "Browse" for Team Logo in the Edit Team Information section of that screen and select your new logo. Then SAVE your game.
