Multiplayer League Questions

I just purchased the game and am starting a MP game with 8 other people. I have a few questions on how Multiplayer works if anyone can help me.

1. Are there any replays available? For example, if I simulate 1 week and they download the new file, will they be able to replay the game to watch it or will they only have Box Scores/Game Logs to look at?

2. Is there a limit to how many people can be in a MP league?

3. Can you create tournaments in a MP league? For example, could I make a tournament in the pre-season/post-season for user only teams and manually pick which teams participate?

4. The Pro Football game had an option to write newsletters, is there an option for that in this game? As in, could we create any media content in-game if we wanted to?
