When I click on Exhibition game, it takes me to a file that is empty. What do I have to do
to play an exhibition? Who can play in that game?

It should be raking you to the folder with saved associations you have created so you can choose which one to load the teams from. Have you created any associations yet?

Yes. After the folders show up, how do you play from there? I can't get it to bring up an exhibition game.
Also, can you play across different associations?
