Turned down for Head Coach opening

I've never had a school not hire me when applying for a job? Has that been added in a patch. I am playing a game as Jason Terry as head coach at North Texas currently and applied for the SMU opening but they wouldn't hire me!

Happened again the next season only schools with lower prestige would hire me, tried to save and re load a couple of times! Trying to make Jason Terry the next big thing in coaching but can't get out of North Texas!

Still having this issue. I am all 90's in coach skills, have two final fours at Oregon State of all places and 37 prestige Boston College won't even hire me when I run tests re-loading just to see who will accept my application.

Was really hoping to move to a more prestigious school after a couple final four runs then sweet sixteen and lots of graduation seniors.
