Is it possible to get a larger mid major budget?

Im playing a league as Loyola (IL) right now and Im trying to get a larger budget. Ive done really well but they wont give me a budget increase. For my program to get better, I'd need money to get better coaching at this point. Is this even possible or should I be looking for jobs at other places?

If you have a good season and if the conference does well your A. D. may increase your budget.
