How often should head coach call that key recruit?

Just wondering as I work through my second recruiting season in this game. Is there a sweet spot? Can the head coach call too much? After all questions have been answered does it help to keep calling? Or if you stop calling will the recruit lose interest? Thanks for help.

I find that if I haven't landed him but I'm fairly close in March and April, if I keep calling it helps. Or it seems to.
