One of my regular goals is to recruit a 4-star. I regularly do and it shows up as failed. The only way it passes is if I recruit a 5-star. Any ideas?

First I would double check which screen you're using to determine their star level. If memory serves (its been a while since I looked) if you use the Southeast Gold Star Report view, it will give different star ratings than the Southeast Region view. And same for other regions etc. You want to make sure they're 4 stars or above on the region view, not the gold star report view. Hopefully that answers your question, otherwise I'd probably send in a ticket through the help system.
