Yep, I am experiencing this issue as well. I just tried numerous times on my computer and now my phone with no luck.

I had the same issue. I sent in a ticket requesting my steam key through the normal contact section on the website.

I just manually went to the support ticket site like I have for previous versions to get it to work. Just checked and got a 2nd email that goes to the link you posted. So it should be fixed now.
