Weird injury emails

So attached is an image of my inbox starting week 3. There are 13 emails for Trey Hopkins - C (Broken Skull) (which seems to be a weird injury, injury has 2 others with broken skull)

The first email says "Trey Hopkins - C has fully recovered from his injury", the 2nd & 3rd email say "probable", 4th email says "doubtful", 5th says "Out (1-2 weeks), 6th, 7th & 8th say "Out (4-6 weeks), 9th, 10th, 11th & 12th say "Out (6-8 weeks), 13th say "Out (8-12 weeks). His Player History on his player card says "Week 2, 2020: Injured - Broken Skull, Out (8-12 Weeks) but I don't see anything anywhere else saying he's actually injured.

I'm not able to recreate this. I'll have to dig deeper on it... not sure the injuries were evaluated that many times in one week... it normally only fires once a week has every game simmed.
