Signing players from other teams practice squads

I thought a team could sign players from other teams practice squads but I'm not seeing that option in this game. What am I missing?

Is this something that could be potentially looked at in a future patch or version of the game? It just makes the practice squad feel a little bit more important and adds a little realism. Maybe an option to allow to enable or disable teams being able to take players from each teams practice squads? At least then users can choose if they want this or not.

In a future version, sure. We left it open so leagues could set their own rules on how they wanted to handle it. And there are several directions we could go... only allowing certain experience levels on PS, only certain contracts, do players just get "traded" or do they have new contracts they have to get... and so on...
