How do I go about getting a refund? I was able to do one season froze during free agency and havent been able to get in since. This isn't worth the headache guys. Great concept but you have way too many bugs. I've spent a whole day trying to fix it and got nowhere.

Is that via Steam? Worth re installing on there or at least checking hte files incase its not updated for you?

So I downloaded the demo originally from the site and that's what worked for 1 season and froze during free agency despite me purchasing it and using an activation key.

I'm uninstalled it, downloaded the update still no bueno. I'm open for any suggestions like I said I think the concept is great and when it worked I was very impressed.

However I've spent hours since just trying to get the damn thing to load since and I've had no luck.

Im sure they can resolve that problem for you, maybe a crossover issue from the demo to activated copy?

The guys on here are fairly active so give them a chance to look into it for you and hopefully it will get sorted.
