Correct me if i'm wrong but aren't the draftee interviews suppose to reveal their personality traits? If so, it didn't work in a draft I did last night. That section of the player card was blank on guys that I know for I interviewed

I think it reveals any flags/traits, but not every player has them.

But the thing that confuses me is if I click on a player card of a player I haven't interviewed in the "Personality" section it will read " interview player to reveal personality ratings"

What kind of league are you in? Career/sandbox/multiplayer? It could be it's picking up a differently logged in team and it thinks that team hasn't interviewed that player.

It's a Sandbox league converted into a Career

At what stage can you interview draft prospects and obtain draft points? Everytime I clicked on the draft scouting it said 0 points.

The scouting stage is the stage right before the draft.
