Do I have to have to have two different leagues?

I've been playing Draft Day sports Football 2021 on my laptop for some time. I'm using the steam version. The other night I wanted to play the game on my desktop. The load up screen didn't allow me to continue my game through my desktop.

Question: So I can't jump back and forth and continue too play the game between my laptop and desktop?

I'm guessing that I have to have one league on my laptop and a different one on my desktop?

Unfortunately the game is not compatible with Steam Cloud. So you will either have to transfer the save to the cloud each time manually. Or I use TeamViewer on my laptop to remote access my desktop pc to play the game on there.

I do agree that a cloud save option would be awesome.
