Trade Difficulty?

I am very new to the football version of this game. I have had pro and college hoops for a few years now, but this is my first run with football. Is there a setting someplace where I can adjust the difficulty of trading? I was doing some testing and I found that I could trade Cam Newton to the Bears for every 1st, 2nd and 3rd round pick they have. That seems....unbalanced. I can self manage myself to not take advantage of the AI, but it seems more likely that i am just missing something.

Nevermind! I read through the forums and figured it out. Sandbox Mode. Back to my hole now....
