Auto Shut Down?

I am on a W10 laptop. I was just surfing through screens to see what all is in the game. I was in the strategy section of a team, then one of the tabs that pulls up formations, the screen has a button for CSV/send CSV, it hit one of these and the game auto closed with a window that said to contact WS for more info. Well, OK, sending to CSV wasn't critical.

What happened next was. When I re-entered the game, it automatically loaded in an expanded size so it no longer formats to my screen size (15 inch). The scrolls bars don't allow me to view the entire screen any longer. How do I fix this - all because I hit a button send to CSV??! Thank you.

OK, so it was "Team Strategy" then "Play Analysis" then I hit the button "Export to CSV" (there actually was no information to export when I hit export. Then I got the error message, and the next time I logged into the game everything exceeds the size of my screen, the scroll bars do not go far enough anymore.

For instance, on the depth chart, my screen now only allows me to see as far as the offensive line (nothing for the defense).

There appears to be nothing wrong with the rest of my programs, so this is a game related issue only.

Umm, it self corrected. One thing for sure, I am not exporting anything to "CSV".
