Play Result in Penalty Accept/Decline dialog sometimes wrong

Another little penalty glitch. I'm just going to report it because I can see this one falling through the cracks pretty easily.

7:35 3rd and 2 Mia - 17 Pass by Rea, B., complete to Smith-Schuster, J. for 7 yds. Tackle by Igbinoghene, N..
First Down! PIT 0 - MIA 0
6:57 1st and Goal Mia - 10 Pass by Rea, B. to Claypool, C. is incomplete. Broken up by Tankersley, C..

I'm playing as Miami and am on defense.
On the play at 7:35, I was given a dialog saying that there was an illegal shift penalty on Pittsburgh for 5 yards and that the play yardage was 0 yards.
It was 3rd and 2, so I declined the penalty hoping to get 4th and 2 and force the FG try.
When the play was run, the actual yardage gained was 7 yards and PIT got a 1st down.

Yea, that one is funky since it's a presnap penalty... so probably should always be accepted and not even give the user the chance to see it.

Can I make a followup request?
Ref Whistle sound effect for those penalties.
It'll add a bit of life to them and will make the player groan when he hears the sound.
I'm playing Miami and my guys are really stupid and get called for a LOT of penalties, so that's something I'll really enjoy.
