Criteria has been set by players are not going into the HOF - How should this work ?

They should go into HOF after 5 years.

Ahh - So 5 years after they Retire ?
Is it possible to change that Wait period at all ?

I believe there is a checkbox in edit player that you can manually put them in the HOF.
