Non-QBs playing QB glitch

I posted in reply to a separate thread but figured I’d make this it’s own thread in case it was an issue for anyone else. I am new to the game/this forum as well so hopefully I’m in the right place. I did edit the JSON file (to add a player to my team who wasn’t in the game) and I set up a season. As I was simming through the weeks I noticed that non QBs were playing QB. For example, Pat Mahomes had a broken collarbone and Tyreek Hill was playing QB. Matt Ryan was healthy on the bench and Julio Jones had 61 passing attempts in a game, as well as Christian McCaffrey being 1 of 7 QBs to throw a pass for the Panthers this season (none of the 7 were Bridgewater or his backup, they were various WRs and RBs). It’s a funny glitch but of course heavily influences gameplay. In the Super Bowl the Cowboys switched out Andy Dalton for Amari Cooper at halftime. It’s a strange substitution and a weird glitch and I was wondering if anyone else has seen this or if my settings are all messed up or what? All answers appreciated!

Can add that the auto adjust roster also seems to have a habit of releasing the teams only kicker haha

Hope the developers can find a fix for these things because these are fundamental issues within the game, like I said I’m unsure if it’s on my end or the game itself.
