Trade offers issue

Hi all

grabbed DDS PF 2021 yesterday and today I've noticed an issue I'm having.

I am receiving trade offers for players I have placed on trade block with email notification telling me to go to the trade console (trade players) to respond.
However when I go there I am unable to find them, and I am also unable to even offer any trades and the drag down menus are unresponsive.

Please could someone tell me what I may be doing wrong?
