Signing Free Agents

I'm not sure if I'm missing something or doing something wrong here - but I cannot seem to figure out how to sign Free Agents.
Whether in season or during FA signing period - when I select a Free Agents there is no option under their contract info to offer them a deal.
Is that option hidden somewhere else or am I doing something wrong?

Yeah, this needs fixing too for the next patch but for now what you have to do is on free agency screen click on Bid on Free Agents then the list with free agents will be populated. Now the trick here is to just "highlight" the player for example click on his age or position and then another list will be populated on the right side with all the options to sign them.

There is nothing wrong with this at the moment as invisible witness said you can sign via the free agency screen during off-season and in season you can sign via search screen
