How do you see how many current players you have at a position and what the minimum is ???

Roster - Roster Management - this will show you what you have signed and who is in your practice squad although it doesn't show you minimums. From playing it I'd guess at 3 QBs, 3 RBs, 1 FB, 5 CBs, 5 Ts, 5Gs, 3 SSs, 3 FSs, 6LBs, 5 WRs - I could be wrong on these I've just been trying to work it out myself. There is an auto button in the roster management which will auto sign/cut players so you're good to go.
