General Manager / Coach / Both?

I may have missed something obvious but when I start a new league and create a GM and pick my team I don't have access to depth charts / strategy or training as I'm not the coach. Is there an option to be the coach or make it so I can have some input into these areas?

What game mode are you playing? Any career or sandbox mode I have created I get access to all of it right away.

Just a local career. I've used the mods to give me the right names and pictures but can't see why that would have an affect. Also what's with some of the ratings? Joey Bosa 64 and Aaron Donald not much higher, 2020 has truly lost the plot.

The ratings are random. You can start a new save and they will be different. I have seen 15+ point swings between saves. I think there is a set range so best players will always be better than mediocre players but that is about it.

I think you want to be in Global mode so that you can run all operations of the team.
