My game disappeared on Steam

My game is still in my Steam library and playable. The store page in Steam is also showing fine for me.

I've been on Steam forever, never seen this issue with any game.
Maybe something got corrupted in my Library, the game won't load and I can't reinstall it on Steam.
I don't even see it now in my Steam Library but Steam says it's in my Library.
All I have is a shortcut on my desktop when clicked minimizes to the taskbar on the bottom of the screen and nothing happens, it just stays there.

The game was hidden on Steam and display issues on my side
