Can I get a bit of an explanation as to the effect of traits? like possession reciever, is that just a small boost to the hands skill? Or Zone vs press corner? to traits have positive and negative effects? what is the game effect of slot receiver, or hybrid rusher?
I understand the idea of traits I'm just not clear on how they effect player performance.

if they do effect player attributes is the effect percentage based or flat? are they conditional or persistent?
